All of our fitness coaches are required to be Level 1 CrossFit trainers. Beyond that, they are accomplished athletes - passionate about health and fitness, driven to help improve the lives of everyone in our communities. Each coach understands the challenges we all face with over-committed lifestyles, and limited availability. That's why our workouts are designed to give you the most efficient use of class time and include cardio, strength, and endurance.
